Chiyo Gakyuin is a 17 year old second year female student enrolled at Sakikawa Girls' Academy who serves as the student representative and president of Kokoro Nakamura's class.

Chiyo is first seen in a nude painting drawn by Miss Mogami.
She gets angry at Tadashi Nakamura, beliving him to actually be Kokoro, for taking too long to convince Miss Nanjo to teach class in person.
After getting caught in the rain during club activities, Chiyo along with several other girls retreat to the public bath to clean up. While looking for her hairpin she discovers a naked Tadashi, believing him to be Kokoro once again as she was unable to see his exposed penis without her contacts on. Once Tadashi and Miss Nanjo turn the bathhouse's power back on Chiyo finds the two together. Still without her contacts she fails to notice Tadashi's small penis and thanks Kokoro for flipping the breaker.
